Spendable points you can redeem for discounts. This balance never expires and carries over year to year.
Tracks your tier progress for the current calendar year. This number starts over on January 1st with a head start from last year's tier, while your spendable balance remains.

Tiers move up as you earn, and you keep your tier until Dec 31. The one exception: a refund takes back the points that purchase earned, which can move your tier back down.
Points are earned on your purchase subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping.

Shop as usual. In store, give the cashier your phone number or email so every sale counts toward your yearly total.

You upgrade immediately when you pass a tier range.
3. Earn more per $1
Higher tiers boost your points multiplier.

Earn 1x–2.5x points per $1 spent before tax, based on your tier. In store, give the cashier the phone number or email on your account so the sale earns points.

Anniversary Bonus
Receive 100 points each year on your signup anniversary.
Refer a Friend
Unlock referrals after a $5+ purchase (before tax). Your friend enters your code within 30 days of creating their account. You get 100 points after their first purchase, and they get 100 points.
Simple flat rate
Redeem 100 points for $1 off your order.
Codes expire. Points don't.
A redeemed discount code is one-time use and valid for 90 days. Your points balance never expires, so redeem when you're ready to shop. An unused code isn't refunded.
If an order where you used a code is fully refunded or cancelled, the points you spent come back to your account. Partial refunds don't return points.
Redemption limits
Purchases before you had an account
Buy first, sign up later? Purchases made with your email or phone are waiting for you and are credited when you create your account. Unclaimed purchases expire every January 1st (anything from the last two weeks of December carries over to the next year), so don't wait a year.
Every January 1st, your yearly points start over with a head start from last year's tier: Silver +100, Gold +250, Platinum +500 (enough to start the new year at Silver). Everyone else starts at Bronze. Your points balance never expires, and the head start is added to it too.
